Select Tronix Shop is an affiliate of the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. All products discovered on this site are sold and fulfilled by Amazon.com or its third-party sellers. When you click "View on Amazon" you are taken directly to Amazon to complete your purchase. Returns, refunds, and exchanges for those orders are handled by Amazon under the Amazon return policy in effect at the time of your order.
Return window
Most items purchased via links from this site are returnable to Amazon within 30 days of delivery. Some categories (electronics, large appliances, hazardous materials) carry different windows set by Amazon — the exact policy for your order is shown on the Amazon order page.
Eligibility
- Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Defective items can be returned for replacement or refund inside the standard window.
- Digital goods, gift cards, and personalized items follow Amazon's own non-returnable list.
Return method
Returns are processed by mail through Amazon. Generate a prepaid shipping label from your Amazon order page, attach it to the original package, and drop the parcel at any authorized carrier location. The return shipping label is typically included in the package at no cost for items marked "Free returns" on the Amazon product page.
Restocking fees
No restocking fee applies for returns initiated through Amazon within the standard window for items in new, unused condition. Items showing signs of use may be assessed a fee per Amazon's policy.
Refund processing
Once Amazon receives and inspects your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Bank posting times vary and may add another 2–10 days depending on your card issuer or bank.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not offered through this site. To swap an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original through Amazon for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, report it to Amazon within 48 hours via the order page. Amazon will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping at no cost to you.
How to start a return
- Sign in to your Amazon account and open Your Orders.
- Find the order containing the item you want to return and click Return or replace items.
- Select a reason for the return and choose your refund method.
- Print the prepaid shipping label and drop the package at the carrier shown.
