How orders are fulfilled
Select Tronix Shop is a curated tech catalog. Every product is sold and shipped directly by Amazon.com or one of its authorized third-party sellers. We do not hold inventory, take payment, or ship orders ourselves. When you check out, you complete your purchase on Amazon under their terms, with their payment processing, and with their shipping options.
Returns are handled through Amazon
Because every order is fulfilled by Amazon, returns and refunds also run through Amazon. Most items qualify for Amazon's standard 30-day return window with free returns and a full refund — see Amazon's Returns & Refunds policy for the authoritative current terms, including category-specific exceptions (large appliances, hazardous materials, customized items, digital goods).
How to return an item
- Sign in to your Amazon account and open Your Orders.
- Find the order and click Return or replace items.
- Pick a reason, print Amazon's prepaid return label (provided free for most items), and drop the package at any authorized carrier location.
- Amazon issues the refund to your original payment method once they receive the return — typically within a few days.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Report damage, defects, or a wrong-item shipment through your Amazon order page — Amazon handles replacement or full refund directly, usually without requiring you to send the original item back.

Prices and availability shown on Select Tronix Shop are refreshed periodically from Amazon and may change between visits. The price you pay is the price displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase — not the price cached on our product page. We always recommend checking the current Amazon listing before completing your order.
