Key features

• Designed for T-Mobile ONLY: The AGM M8 is compatible exclusively with GSM T-Mobile carriers. Please confirm compatibility before purchase. If you have any questions about carriers, feel free to contact us.
• Important Activation Note: If you’ve purchased a new SIM card, be sure to activate it in another phone before inserting it into the M8. Failing to do so may result in the SIM card not being recognized by the device.
• Proper SIM Card Installation: When inserting the SIM card into the AGM M8, gently open the SIM slot and carefully place the SIM inside. Avoid applying excessive force to prevent damage to the slot, which may cause issues with SIM detection.
• Rugged & Durable, Built to Last: The AGM M8 is IP68 and IP69K certified for water and dust resistance, and meets MIL-STD-810G shock resistance standards. It stands up to drops, bumps, and daily wear and tear. Note that the phone has a larger, sturdy build—measuring 4.54 × 2.45 × 0.90 inches (max 1.00 inch at hinge) and weighing 5.7 oz (162g)—making it a solid choice for those who prefer a substantial flip phone.
• Loud & Clear with Emergency-Ready SOS: Equipped with a 104dB powerful speaker, the M8 delivers exceptionally loud and clear call volume—ideal for users who need extra hearing assistance or work in noisy environments. Large keypad and bold fonts ensure easy operation. The programmable SOS side key provides peace of mind: press and hold for 3–5 seconds to quickly call emergency contacts or family members. (Battery cover requires the included tool to open—designed for secure fit and durability.)
