Compared with traditional thermal paste, this PCM sheet helps reduce common issues such as pump-out, drying, cracking, and uneven application, supporting more stable thermal contact over time. Suitable for CPU, GPU, laptop, console, graphics card, and processor cooling.
• [8.5 W/m·K TYPICAL THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY] GP-8540 provides typical thermal conductivity of 8.5 W/m·K and typical thermal resistance of 0.040 °C·cm²/W. As the device heats up, the material softens and conforms to the contact surfaces, helping fill microscopic gaps and improve heat transfer efficiency between the chip and heatsink.
• [MULTI-PIECE & LARGE-SIZE OPTIONS] GP-8540 is available in pre-cut multi-piece packs and larger sheet options. The pre-cut pieces are easier to peel, handle, and apply, while larger sheets can be trimmed to fit different CPU dies, GPU cores, and other chip contact areas. Large sheets come with easy-peel tabs, making the PCM sheet easier to lift, position, and apply.
• [0.2 MM & 0.25 MM AVAILABLE] We offer both 0.2 mm and 0.25 mm thickness options. The 0.2 mm version is suitable for flat, tight-contact surfaces where a thinner thermal interface is preferred. The 0.25 mm version provides slightly more thickness for minor surface unevenness or small contact tolerance.
• [NON-CONDUCTIVE & EASY TO USE] GP-8540 is electrically non-conductive and suitable for use around electronic components when installed properly. Use one single layer only and do not stack. Do not use together with thermal paste. Clean the contact surfaces, apply the PCM sheet flat, remove the protective film, and install the heatsink evenly.
