Amazon Kids Kindle 16GB (newest model), Now thinner and lighter, 6" glare-free display, weeks of battery, includes 1 year of books and Lakeside Retreat cover

Key features

• Encourage reading: Kids read on Kindle for an hour a day, on average, not because anybody made them.
• 1-year Kids+ subscription included: Thousands of books for kids 6-12. Renews automatically at the applicable rate. You can cancel anytime.
• Distraction-free: Just read with no apps, videos, games, or notifications to pull kids away from their books.
• Reads like paper, not a screen: Glare-free even in bright sunlight, so kids can read on the porch, in the car, or halfway up a tree.
• Up to 6 weeks of battery life: A single charge lasts for weeks, so the charger stays in the drawer.
• Helps with harder books: Keep kids moving with definitions for difficult words and adjustable text size to make the biggest books achievable.
• Audible books included with Kids+: Hear the story come to life with Bluetooth headphones.
• Stay in the know: Follow their reading from your phone, suggest books, set bedtime hours, and see what’s holding their attention.
